I will say this about eastern practices: why speak sanskrit. Hell, why not french? I don’t live in the east and I don’t speak their language – to do so I find pretentious. For instance, the term “chakra” means “wheel”. Ok then…. it’s “WHEEL” for crying out loud.

all those chakras are wrong, all the related video chakras are wrong. the correct way is…brown for grounding…then pale red , pale orange, pale yellow, medium green, ice blue, royal blue, violet. the pineal gland (third eye) is not on the forehead its in the center of the skull (between eyebrows a little bit above brim of nose) it is a royal blue circle with a dot. or you can balance ur t bar which is different depending on ur genetics…
