The fact that you refer to your 28 as “A Dear Friend” indicates “you have the gift”.
One can read all books about “sound healing”, there are many, but it is more important to use your INTUITION regarding to “how to play & apply” your instrument as a healing modality.
I literally slept on the living room floor for a year & let the Instruments TEACH ME the hidden potential within each of them.
I literally perceived myself as “a student of the Instrument”.
They would wake me up & “instruct me”.
