i started meditating on Monday, it was alright nothing special. Then on tuesday, i tried again and about 6min into it, i felt this bight light infornt of my face and my eye where shakie but i did not open them, i was very excited that i had “truely” meditated, if that makes sense. I have been trying to meditate everyday since then by have not got the same experience, it see a bright and i get too excite so it disappers, at least thats what i think.

Great video rose! I think this is a very important topic. I’ve been weightlifting for 10 years and ever since the steroid scandal in baseball and other sports, I’ve noticed a lot more people become negative toward exercise. It seems that most people think you can’t get great results without the use of drugs.

Great Video Rose, I Enjoyed all of it. It is great to share your own experiences with people and both learn from each other also. When you meet a like minded person, awareness increases 10 fold as you can talk and have conversations about this stuff at anytime.
