His Holiness srisri Ravi Shankar: Wharton Leadership Lecture
His Holiness srisri Ravi Shankar, Founder of the Art of Living Foundation, leads a group of students in meditation, and answers questions about the meditation process and stress relief. Shankar spoke to MBA and undergraduate students at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, as part of the Wharton Leadership Lecture series, founded by Management Professor Michael Useem.

Being in corporate and managing you idiots is a challenge every day of the week. You spend so much time on idiotic mental exercises that you miss the real true meaning of what the hell you should be doing in the first place.
Most of you act like an MBA is a Make Me a Manager card when in reality you turn into a suit, have no common sense, leadership or people skills to begin with.
Come out here into the real entreprenurial world and see what the hell business is really all about.

u havent even heard what he has to say,,, u associated him with what you thought indian spirituaI Ieaders are about (future, karma and afterIife) when in reaIity he bareIy touches these topics and concentrates on how to improve your Iife and sustain urseIf in an increasingIy non secuIar worId,,, this by far is the greatest gift to an MBA, if u were one, you wud know,,, dont care about the worId, be worried about what your feebIe haIfwit Iogic has in store for ur own future

He knows all about the future, karma and the afterlife but why the hell can he not tell all these Wharton Business School grads that they better learn how to say…DO YOU WANT FRIES WITH THAT BURGER?
The MBA’s are the ones that drove us into this financial Valhalla in the first place so now we have a Swami telling them how to avoid another disaster, and he can not even find the switch on the microphone…LOL.
It sort of sums up exactly what is in store for us in the future.
