People need to be very cautious with the information that is being put up on YouTube. We need to remember that there is a monumental legacy of work to be read and studied by scholars of unquestioned reputation. The key word in that statement is READ. No doubt, for example polygamy was started by women, not men, when sisters saw other sisters were in need, they took those sisters into the family. There is a story of an African Queen, I cant recall her name, but she use to lead her warriors into battle, however a lot of the men would die in war. What she would do is marry the woman, but not on no lesbian thing, bring them into the family to support them, since their husbands died.

Another thing…there is a time in history where the men supported the invading patriarchy, in some cases lead the way. It had to be born out of some kind of animosity, I’m thinking some of that hostility could be one of many causes & affects of ‘sending your male children’ away. Can you image when they came back to confront their mothers? Now, that’s a story I’d like to see. Even today sociey still tries to subjugate the feminine aspect. Wow, these vids are making my DAY! Yes, I read the story of “Califia”. The land in the west of California where the Amazons ruled that whole area & they didn’t let men in. If invaders came their way, they’d ‘put them down’. But on occasion the DID let some in, like you said temporarily. I think it was a way of protecting themselves from invading Patriarchy. For example if you want to study Alchemy, you would have to know the meaning of the word, the etymology of the word, look in a thesaurus to see what other words is associated with it, then go into Alchemy itself, mental, spiritual or physical. If you learn martial arts you have to learn the root of that perspective, then learn how to block, fall, move, then go into other combination. So we just need a proper way, systematic way of learning.
