I saw a copy of this album in a gift shop inside a hospital for cancer patients. I already had the CD at the time. I know about alpha waves that are supposed to put you in a meditative state by lowering the brain wave frequencies. Anybody interested in taking meditation seriously MUST listen to Alan Watts’ “Out of your mind” collection…. bon voyage!
