@GTOYEH Yes it is like having one foot on Earth/in physicality, and the other in the astral realms. When you have achieved this and are aware of it, and can CONTROL the process.. you’ve taken a huge leap forward. But it may take quite some time and much practice to get to that point

Could have been a number of things- like one of your guides, a discarnate entity, possibly your higher Self.. the message was positive and uplifting so shouldn’t be anything u have to be concerned about

Using drugs of any kinds including what you mention, or even psychedelic/hallucinogen drugs, can expand the mind but the effect is temporary and uncontrolled (it’s not recommended). For more info on this, check out my Ayahuasca video as it goes into this more in depth.. ty

The Master’s words that “the greatest master IS the greatest servant” are worth remembering; Douglas hits it on the head in this one that those with special abilities are lavished with attention and praise- for most, this eventually goes to their head and they become self-absorbed and stop caring about others.. it’s only human. Which is the real challenge: we have to constantly fight our nature
