I’ve tried the CDs a few times and have had no success with them at all. Don’t take this rating too seriously though, because nothing of trance work or astral projection has been successful with me thus far.

Use the Chakra CD (I haven’t even heard the vibrational stuff yet) immediately after listening to a Gateway I discs from Monroe Institute. Try doing the Monroe recommended “Start with hand on front pocket region raising the hand/wrist super slowly” technique while keeping elbow to the side… and then do the other hand after you get the first hand perpendicular (elbow resting on bed) and you will experience something incredible. Use only the index and middle fingers after both arms are up. Then notice how your fingers can extend deep penetrating healing and clearing energies even to parts of your body as far away as your feet. (See also “The Reconnection” – Dr. Eric Pearl)
Even being a TOTAL NEWBIE to Chakra anything, I was able to feel deep into any point of my body. It seems to have had an “objective” affect on a nearby sleeping pet… and child.

This is a 2 cd set and the chakra one is OK. It’s kind of annoying because he talks througout it. I really like the vibrational cd better. He talks in this one too but only at the beginning. Then it’s just sounds etc. I really do feel lighter when I’m done and I like the imagry he uses in the beginning. So if I could rate them separately I’d give the chakra one like a 2 and the vibration one a 4 (so I gave this an overall 3 – the average).
