Thanks so much for sharing your knowledge. I’ve been having bad anxiety for the past few years and I’ve come to learn that it is a heart chakra issue. The fire-breathing seems a bit intense. will these techniques worsen my anxiety before making it better? That seems to be the case with natural healing – worsening before healing. Thank you!

If it is hard to sit, I suggest using a very firm cushion to raise the hips above the knees when sitting with legs crossed.
Next best, sit up on your heels, else you do the exercises standing.

thnx for reply i tried ujayi sinve december and helped me for insomnia now ill see about that mantra …
im having insomnia since august 2007 and i did yoga/meditat/pranayama and it helped escpecially in sone period but still im facing insomnia more or less , in some periods i get little hours of half sleep abd i feel very tired and anxiouss and i start thinking all time like i cant stop thinking even in that time of half sleep … like i was still thinking what i started before sleep time

wow i try to do the camel pose and it hurts a lil on my back but i like to make it harder is this orite??? & wow r a grt teacher!!!! & u don luk 42 at all!!!!!!!!! how cum am 23 but ppl take me for 18 i wish wen i reach my 40z i luk like u i mean luk young… is this yoga magic or what??????? how many timez do we need to do yoga in a week????
