@thefutureisvegan Just like they do in China. NAture is the greatest conductor of positive and healing energies. That is where, I think, the power of Qigong excercises comes from. From ourselves, too. We all have that positive energy running through us.

@valiantvideo9 The liver houses the three altruistic spirits. So in part its the same things. The shen is the spirit which is housed in the heart, but the eyes also have “jing shen” from the essence and spirit. You didn’t hear wrong, just not very specificaly.

Sound has frequency. Feel vibration within. Use vibration to massage organs – visualize impurities breaking away and leaving organ like baby when born – fresh and clean. Must be able to feeeeeeeeeel. Sensitivity a must.

WTF? Since Iam a lil bit sensitive to energy I could instantly feel a strange sensation in my upper body after the second sound. I felt the energy like electricity. It seemed the sound intensified this along with the movements.
