Future Hope Project for K-12 at-risk learners- interview with school principal

The Future Hope Project was managed by Steve Taylor at Wings Academy in 2008-09. The project goal was to introduce light and sound therapy to at-risk learners affected by ADHD. The devices used in the project are the David Pal Alert, light and sound devices from Mind Alive, Inc.

Are all feelings created equal? We would like to think not because some are more pleasant than others. The truth is all feelings have a purpose, and like physical pain, painful feelings are trying to tell us something important. Here are some ideas presented to connect and process with your feelings. I talk about using art therapy as a way to identify where you hold feelings and be more aware of your body and emotions. This is an important part of eating disorder recovery.
