Ayurveda UK Abhyanga oil massage at the Vedic Retreat in Staffordshire. This is part three of the Ayurvedic massage sequence and is administered by Danny and Carol as an integral part of their Ayurveda detox and relaxation programs for health and wellbeing. The Ayurveda UK therapy centre, yoga and Ayurveda detox retreat also specialises in Panchakarma, stress management, weight loss and meditation. They have a unique Home Visit and Personal Detox Coaching service and have become well-known for their success in life-coaching and emotional counselling. Four-handed (two therapist) Ayurvedic massage form the foundation of most of their detox programs but yoga, pranayama, meditation, Ayurvedic education and sound therapy are also important aspects of their well-being retreats.

I get invited frequently to speak and teach at a variety of massage schools based on my vast experience. I also provide consulting services for massage schools around the US and I am co-creating a teacher training program with Robin Fann. My studies include many modalities, including advanced cranio sacral therapy, chakra healing, reiki, myofascial release, medical massage, lomilomi, neuromuscular therapy, foot reflexology, thai massage, hot stone massage, raindrop therapy , Gestalt Therapy, Breathwork, Somato-emotional Release and more! Many of the well renowned healers and spiritual leaders in our profession have been my mentor.
